POSITION: Substitute School Nurse
Location to be Determined
SCHEDULE: School Year
7 hours per day Monday through Friday
SALARY: Based on the Teacher Salary Schedule with ESA Certification

QUALIFICATIONSREQUIRED: (Qualifications which are essential to the position)
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Ability to obtain an E.S.A. certificate
- Must be a registered nurse currently licensed with the State of Washington
- Demonstrated punctuality and an excellent work attendance record
- Must work within designated bounds of authority and confidentiality
- Willing to work collaboratively with building and district staff
- Ability to develop a rapport and communicate well with students parents and staff
- Able to work independently and on own initiative with interruptions
- Ability to follow safe work practices and procedures
QUALIFICATIONSDESIRED: (Qualifications which are not required but would be useful to the position)
- Bilingual/Biliterate in English/Spanish
- E.S.A. Certificate
- Two years of experience in public health nursing preferably in a school district
