Job Description
NHS Coordinator
Location: Winfield Hospital Gloucester
Hours: 18 hours per week Parttime Weds Thurs & Fridays 6 hours per day.
Salary: Depending on experience Benefits
The role:
We currently have a great opportunity for a NHS coordinator to join our team at Winfield Hospital based in Gloucester
The main objective of the role is data quality in RTT (Referral to Treatment) Patient Pathways and commitment to excellent Customer Service whilst ensuring close working relationships with teams across the hospital.
You will have great communication and interpersonal skills. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate you have significant experience in managing patient treatment pathways. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to negotiate and liaise effectively within a teambased environment to ensure the data for patients on the waiting lists is accurate and appropriately reflects the patients current position on the pathway for the provision of a systematic efficient and confident service.
This is a busy and demanding role so candidates will need to be enthusiastic highly motivated and have a flexible approach to their role to ensure the needs of the service are met.
This role will report directly to the Head of Administration.
