Location: Prosper TX or Down Town Fort Worth TX
Employment Type: Fulltime
Benefits: 75 of the employees health insurance is paid by the firm; the firm pays 50 of the employees familys health insurance. Access to shortterm disability to all employees at no cost.

AlphaGraphics Fort Worth has been serving the Fort Worth Community since January 29 1987 and is now expanding to a new location in downtown Fort Worth. We recently opened the AlphaGraphics Celina & Prosper to serve the communities up north from Aubrey to Little Elm to North Frisco to Prosper Celina and Gunter.
We are a dynamic and innovative company specializing in print digital marketing signage and visual communications. As we continue to grow we are looking for a talented Visual Graphics Designer with experience in the signage industry to join our team and bring fresh creativity to our projects.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and detailoriented Visual Graphics Designer with expertise in creating eyecatching designs for signage banners and other visual communication materials. If you currently work or have experience at AlphaGraphics or FASTSIGNS or a similar organization your skills and industry knowledge are exactly what were looking for! In this role youll collaborate with a team of creative professionals to deliver projects that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce highquality visual graphics for signage banners digital displays and other marketing materials.- Work closely with clients to understand their vision brand and project objectives.
- Ensure designs meet company and client standards for quality brand alignment and creativity.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as largeformat printers vinyl cutters and laminators (training provided if needed).
- Collaborate with the production and installation teams to ensure seamless of designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends software updates and emerging design technologies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Visual Graphics Designer preferably in the signage or visual communications industry (experience at AlphaGraphics or FASTSIGNS or a similar company is a strong advantage).- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of largeformat printing vinyl graphics and production processes is a plus.
- Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail and color.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
Compensation: $16.00 $24.00 per hour
