Were growing our vibrant multidisciplinary team and are looking for motivated and compassionate Rehabilitation Counsellors to join us in Melbourne Woolloongabba Nundah (Brisbane) or Maroochydore (Sunshine Coast). As a Rehabilitation Counsellor at KINNECT youll play a pivotal role in helping individuals recover from injury or illness guiding them back to work and daily life. Youll collaborate closely with clients employers and healthcare professionals to design and implement tailored rehabilitation plans that make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients physical psychological and social needs.
- Develop personalised rehabilitation plans aimed at achieving sustainable returntowork outcomes.
- Provide counselling and support to clients to help them overcome barriers and build resilience.
- Liaise with employers to design and implement suitable workplace modifications and accommodations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment and rehabilitation efforts.
- Monitor and review clients progress adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records in compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

What Youll bring
