Senior Manager Catalyst
Please note: This a hybrid role located in Chicago IL.You will have an opportunity to collaborate inperson two to three days a week at our Chicago office while maintaining flexibility for remote work.

Riding the wave of recognition and awardwinning work the Senior Manager Catalyst has an incredible opportunity to undertake a client facing and commercial role that is synonymous with culture. You will work in partnership with a crossfunctional team across your clients business and will help promote and protect the brand in Chicago and keep Golin on top.
Youll be a part of bigpicture strategies for systems and orchestrate crosschannel multimedia marketing and communications campaigns that keep our client relevant and a step ahead of their competitors. In addition to leading awardwinning consumer brand campaigns you will also have an important focus on driving deeper storytelling that breaks through in culture with diverse audiences.
This person understands what it means to EARN attention and have the capes and intuitive knowhow to lead strategy and of large highprofile PR campaigns for one of the most iconic QSR brands in the world with a critical focus on consumer PR.
What Youll Do:
- Work with senior team and media specialists to devise programs that are focused on earned media and other holistic comms efforts
- Conduct research on relevant media contacts and track competitor announcements
- Recommend and track measurement KPIs for earned media and influencer efforts
- Contribute to insights and analytics efforts that tie to the business imperatives and provide media monitoring
- Develop comprehensive strategic integrated communication plans
- Partner with IAT agencies to develop integrated communications plans
- Develop an intimate knowledge of your clients business and audiences
- Design and execute mid to large scale client events and PR programs and activations
- Provide leadership and executional excellence to agency team and clients during program implementation
- Develop a deep knowledge of relevant industry events
- Work well with a variety of key internal and external stakeholders
- Pitch WIN and execute award winning work with an incredible team!
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and 5 years of PR agency or related professional communications experience
- A strong understanding of traditional media digital and event marketing strategies how to integrate campaign strategies and tactics across earned owned and paid media and apply analytics to measure results and provide insights
- Strong interpersonal skills and superior client service skills
- Be proactive and highly motivated; demonstrate the ability and desire to work independently and confidently but as part of a team
- Be detail oriented with an ability to focus on the larger picture
- Provide sound counsel and be comfortable providing editorial and response recommendations to clients
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and client teams at all levels

Salary Range: $70000 $130000
Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon among other factors: a candidates skills qualifications and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
