You have completed a BS in Engineering. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields. You have worked in an engineering role for at least 2 years and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an Operational Excellence Engineer in Richland WA you will be part of the proven team in theFuel Business Unit.We are seeking an OpEx engineer with a cando attitude that enjoys problem solving data analysis trending and working across engineering disciplines to improve the flow and quality of engineering activities. You will be responsible for facilitating regular status meetings analyzing trends leading structured improvement efforts (A3s FMEAs process mapping etc. presenting results sharing lessons learned and interface with the global Framatome OpEx network. This position will have significant visibility and interactions with senior management throughout the Fuel Design engineering organization as you support ongoing operational activities and exciting firstofakind transitions for our customers. This position requires occasional travel. Together we will enable clean safe and economical lowcarbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

Framatomes Richland WA facility is a licensed nuclear fuel manufacturing site and complies with US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and US Department of Energy (DOE) regulations. This position is safetysensitive and preemployment drug/alcohol screening is required. Any employment offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a background investigation.
Your Total Rewards Package
The range of base salary for the position is between $81000 $105000 and may also include annual incentives performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location.
