Job Description:
The Aerojet Rocketdyne Segment of L3Harris is currently seeking an experiencedSr. Specialist Program Management in Redmond WA. This site is the center of excellence for liquid inspace propulsion responsible for engine design fabrication assembly and test. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex programs driving crossfunctional teams and delivering results that align with strategic business objectives. As a Program Manager at L3Harris you will play a critical role in overseeing development and/or production propulsion programs ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget.
Essential Functions:
- Lead the planning and delivery of development and/or production propulsion programs ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams including engineering manufacturing quality assurance and supply chain to ensure successful program .
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans including schedule and budget.
- Monitor program performance track progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels providing regular updates on program status challenges and successes.
- Identify and mitigate risks resolve issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage program budgets track expenditures and ensure financial accountability.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory safety and company policies and procedures
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices lessons learned and innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 6years of relevant program management experienceGraduate Degree with a minimum of 4years of related program management experience or 10years of prior related program management experience in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP certification or equivalent
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS)
In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in Washington State is $104500$193500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
