We are seeking a detailoriented individual to serve as the Nurse Payroll Coordinator for our Extended School Year (ESY) program. In this role you will manage payroll complexities for the nursing team including subnurses floating nurses and other specialized assignments ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
Ideal candidates will have experience in payroll management especially in roles involving diverse staff scheduling and multiple employee categories. Must be familiar with nursing staff structures or similar settings is highly preferred.
The Extended School Year (ESY) program provides critical services to students with disabilities requiring dedicated nursing support to meet health and safety standards. Managing payroll for the nursing team is uniquely complex due to varied assignments including substitute and floating nurses. The Nurse Payroll Coordinator will play an essential role in ensuring payroll accuracy supporting both nurses and program administrators.
The Nurse Payroll Coordinator will receive a stipend of $1500 for the duration of the ESY program reflecting compensation for responsibilities conducted outside of the standard workday.
