- Act as the primary contact for clients and maintain strongrelationships.
- Conduct regular client meetings to discuss projects andgather feedback.
- Ensure all client requests are communicated and executedeffectively.
- Oversee campaign from briefing to final delivery.
- Coordinate with the Art Production and Operations teams.
- Manage project timelines approvals and budgets.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends.
- Collaborate with the creative team to align designs withclient objectives.
- Contribute to brainstorming and idea generation forcampaigns.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations ensuring profitability.
- Manage invoicing payment followups and financialtracking.
- Maintain organized documentation for projects and approvals.
- Ensure seamless communication between clients and internalteams.
- Work with production teams to verify materials and finalquality checks.
- Follow internal processes from project initiation to finaldelivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and crosssellingservices.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Supportbusiness development through client pitches and presentations
Requirements
- Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Advertising Communications Business or a related field.
- 12 years ofexperience in account management client servicing or a related role within anadvertising branding or marketing agency.
- Strongunderstanding of advertising branding and marketing principles.
- Excellentcommunication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English
- Ability tomanage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fastpacedenvironment.
- Strongorganizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Problemsolvingmindset with the ability to handle challenges and provide strategic solutions.
