Dean of Students Reformation Bible College
Reformation Bible College (RBC) is seeking a dedicatedDean of Students and faculty memberto oversee the spiritual care of our students.
As Dean of Students you willnurture the spiritual growthof students through mentoring prayer and discipleship. You will teachat least two courses per semester and work closely with faculty and staff to promote the academic and spiritual formation of every oncampus RBC student.
The ideal candidate will have a heart for discipleship and a passion for equipping undergraduate students. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide spiritual care and discipleship through meetings prayer and engagement in student life.
- Teach at least two courses 6 credits) per semester.
- Oversee the Student Care Team and work with faculty staff and college administration to support student wellbeing.
- Encourage student involvement in chapel church life and Christian service.
- Organize events focused on spiritual growth and practical Christian living.
- Support RBCs vision purpose distinctives and convictions in all aspects of student life.
Requirements:
- Meets the pastoral qualifications of 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.
- Ordained or ordainable in a denomination that affirms either the Three Forms of Unity Westminster Standards or the 1689 Baptist Confession of Faith.
- Ability to affirm the Ligonier Statement of Faith: Extended Version.
- Terminal degree (PhD preferred) in theology biblical studies or a related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in higher education or pastoral ministry.
- Strong communication leadership and pastoral care skills.
This position is for a nonprofit Christian ministry located in Sanford Florida. At this time we are only able to hire individuals who are authorized to work in the United States.
The pay range for this position is $88000 $115000 annually. Pay ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. We may ultimately offer more or less than the posted range and the ranges may be modified in the future. An employees position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience geographic location and organizational needs.
