Were seeking a Global Strategic Account Manager to join our Sales organization in Frankfurt Germany. In this pivotal role you will oversee one of our most valued clients in the banking sector. Your primary mission will be to nurture and expand our key partnership across core business areas such as risk management regulatory compliance advanced analytics and digital transformation initiatives.

With a robust and longstanding relationship within the banking sector SAS is poised to deepen its engagement in untapped areas. Your expertise will be critical in driving upcoming contract renewals forging longterm partnerships and unlocking new growth opportunities.

As a Global Account Manager Banking Sector you will:

  • Develop and execute a multiyear rolling strategic account plan with the extended account team to meet or exceed customer objectives and SAS revenue goals.
  • Establish and maintain trusted multilevel relationships within the client organization with a focus on Executive and CLevel engagement.
  • Lead coach and align the matrix sales team to deliver exceptional results drive revenue growth and maximize performance.
  • Identify and develop new revenue opportunities across the customers value chain demonstrating strategic insight and transformational sales capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Alliance Partners and internal teams to elevate SASs strategic positioning and jointly pursue opportunities.
  • Manage highrisk escalation issues balancing customer satisfaction and SAS interests.
  • Align postsales teams with the strategic account plan to ensure successful solution implementation and longterm customer success.

Essential qualifications:

  • Proven track record of selling complex software solutions and services to both business and IT stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to address banking sector challenges particularly within risk compliance and digital innovation.
  • Experience in managing global accounts and creating multiyear strategic account plans.
  • Strong leadership skills to orchestrate and motivate crossfunctional teams toward shared goals.
  • Fluency in German and English.
