The Commercial Analytics Manager will play an important role in guiding strategic decisionmaking across the organization. Working crossfunctionally with sales operations finance and corporate development this individual will deliver actionable insights to support key decisionmakers on initiatives to enhance revenue growth market share and profitability. The Commercial Analytics Manager will be comfortable synthesizing disparate data drawing meaningful conclusions about business trends and translating analysis to nontechnical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modelling data analysis business intelligence and experience within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights:

  • Design develop and maintain reports dashboards and analytical tools that provide key insights into sales trends customer behavior and market opportunities.
  • Perform deepdive analyses on commercial performance pricing strategies and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
  • Utilize predictive and prescriptive analytics to support strategic decisionmaking for market expansion and product development.

Crossfunctional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales operations and corporate development teams to align analytics with business strategies and objectives.
  • Collaborate with finance to ensure commercial forecasts are aligned with financial goals and performance metrics.
  • Partner with IT and data engineering teams to improve data infrastructure ensuring easy access to realtime data for commercial teams.

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence:

  • Analyze market trends customer needs and competitor behavior to support strategic planning and commercial decisions.
  • Support competitive intelligence efforts to identify market opportunities and risks making recommendations for pricing product positioning and gotomarket strategies.
  • Monitor global economic and industry trends to anticipate potential impacts on the business.

Advanced Analytics Tools & Technologies:

  • Identify and implement advanced analytics technologies including AI machine learning and data visualization tools to enhance business intelligence capabilities.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in analytics and data science integrating new tools and methodologies into the commercial analytics strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business administration economics or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in strategic finance corporate development or business intelligence ideally with experience analyzing manufacturing businesses.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing datadriven strategies to optimize commercial performance.
  • Expertise in financial modeling business analysis and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Experience working crossfunctionally in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes market dynamics and financial metrics.

Compensation

The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $98000$125000.
