Description of the role:
A BMW Certified Technician at Moss Motors Inc is responsible for diagnosing and repairing BMW vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance and inspections on BMW vehicles
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues
- Testing and calibrating vehicle systems and components
- Keeping accurate records of repairs and maintenance
- Communicating with customers about repairs and providing cost estimates
Requirements:
- Valid BMW certification
- 35 years of experience
- Proven experience as a BMW Technician
- Strong diagnostic and problemsolving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
