Job Description

We are looking to add a Counter Sales Rep in our Carrollton location!

Pay Rate $18
Schedule Monday Friday 8AM 5PM (some Saturdays as needed)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers at the counter providing prompt and friendly service.
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products by offering guidance and answering questions regarding product features prices and availability.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using pointofsale (POS) systems including cash credit card and check payments.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of products services promotions and company policies to provide customers with the most accurate information.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves or displays as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries complaints and returns in a professional manner aiming for a positive resolution.
  • Assist in managing product displays and ensuring the sales area remains clean organized and visually appealing.
  • Process special orders and follow up with customers as needed to ensure product availability and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions transactions and inventory as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet sales goals and promote company initiatives.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties including securing cash balancing registers and ensuring the store is ready for business operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager or Supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in using pointofsale (POS) systems and other sales tools.
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment (e.g. phone computer fax etc..
