Job Overview
Orbiz Creativez Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a diligent Packing Staff member for a fulltime role at our Malappuram location. The position is a juniorlevel role requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. As part of our team you will handle the packing of our diverse range of products while maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple packing tasks efficiently and maintain streamlined operations in a fastpaced environment.
- Effectively manage time to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines ensuring timely delivery of packed goods.
- Exhibit excellent teamwork capabilities to collaborate with different departments and contribute to a harmonious work environment.
- Show high efficiency in packing tasks to maximize output while ensuring product safety and quality.
- Maintain consistent quality control measures to assure each product meets the companys standards before dispatch.
- Adhere to safety procedures to ensure a hazardfree environment for oneself and others during the packing process.
- Possess comprehensive packing skills with attention to detail for overseeing the packing process from start to finish.
- Demonstrate proficiency in maintaining and organizing packing materials to ensure their availability and efficient use.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute packing orders following company standards and specified guidelines for various products.
- Ensure that all packed products are labeled correctly and ready for dispatch as per schedule.
- Conduct regular checks on packing supplies and request replenishments as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to report any discrepancies or defective materials promptly.
- Maintain clean and organized packing areas to facilitate efficient workflow and minimize product damage.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement and efficiency.
- Comply with health and safety laws and guidelines to uphold a safe working atmosphere.
