Commercial Lines Apprentice HUB Northwest July 2025

HUB Northwest is looking for fulltime apprentices to join our team. If youre a selfmotivated individual with a strong interest in having a successful career we encourage you to apply. Were accepting applicants who can work onsite in Bothell Washington.

This inperson apprenticeship program requires you to commit to working 37.5 hours per week for 10 weeks. You will become a regular HUB employee for this apprenticeship period and will be allowed to participate in all HUB benefits. Successful completion of the apprenticeship would pave the way for you to obtain a Property & Casualty or Life & Health License and secure a fulltime position with HUB International 5th largest Insurance Brokerage in the world.

Requirements

• High School Graduates 2 or 4 year College Graduates Final Year College Students with an expected graduation date before June 2025 and Veterans or other individuals seeking a new career opportunity.
• College Graduates/Undergraduates All areas of study and degree programs accepted.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States for U.S Employment opportunities. We will require proof of work authorization.
• If selected for the HUB Apprenticeship Program apprentices will execute companys nondisclosure agreement which requires among other things postemployment obligations relating to nonsolicitation confidentiality and non disclosure.

Timeline

• Resumes will be accepted starting from March 2025 through April 30th 2025.
• Initial Screening : Applicant with the required skills & qualifications will be notified to take a work style assessment (administered by Culture Index) as part of the initial screening process.
• Final Screening : Candidates selected from the initial screening will be scheduled to meet with a Selection Panel from the HUB Management Team. Final selection of apprentices to participate in the program will be notified no later than 5/31/25.
• Grow with HUB Summer 2025 Apprenticeship Program will commence on July 7th 2025.

The expected salary for this position is $22/hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
