The standard office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Primary responsibilities include:- Assist with the management of Discovery including organization searches productions redactions and log document dispositions;
- Analyze organize and summarizing/indexing of medical records large amounts of information and other data sets;
- Drafting of case pleadings;
- Preparing trial exhibits;
- Electronic file management;
- Docketing;
- Other related trial preparation.

- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team through effective communication strategies;
- Ability to manage workflow and work under tight deadlines and other time constraints with competing and shifting priorities;
- Meets billable hour expectations;
- Fundamental proficiency in MS Outlook MS Word MS PowerPoint and Adobe;
- Fundamental proficiency with tracking organizing and running analytics using MS Excel;
- Candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills a positive attitude and the ability to manage time effectively;
- Five or more years of litigation paralegal experience required;
- Associates/Bachelors and/or paralegal certificate is preferred;
- Experience in Toxic Tort Litigation a plus.
