Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
This entry level position is an allaround sales support position that will support our operations in a number of areas: Warehouse support Customer Service Inside Sales Front counter support Order expediting and follow up and parts delivery.
- Assist with warehouse duties (receiving stocking packing shipping product delivery etc. when needed
- Support front counterservice and build customer relations
- Customerinteraction via the telephone email and web; respond and provide quotationsto customerspromptly
- Provideimmediate customer support to meet their needs; quotations technical research literature requests manufacturer interactionand order expediting
- Escalatebackorders and customer requirements to maximize fill rates and exceed customer expectations
- Collaboratewith the VT sales team to assist in customer solutions and provide a positive customer experience
- Interactwith manufacturing partners and build sustainable relationships
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs
