Matchwell is currently hiring in Calhoun KY for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
Salary Range: $36.00/hr $36.00/hr
Scheduling options: PRN per diem
Position Requirements:
- Current and active KY LPN License
- Current Tuberculosis screening
- Influenza and COVID vaccinations or approved exemptions
- Reference Check
- BLS or CPR requirement
- Background and Drug Screening
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately measure and chart patients medical history and maintain complete records.
- Monitor patients conditions and response to care plan reporting any changes to healthcare team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as outlined in patients care plan.
- Other duties as assigned
