The Account Executive Search & Performance Roundel works with the worlds most recognized brands and agencies in the industry. You will be responsible for driving scalable search solutions using data and insights. You will grow your business to deliver on individual and team revenue growth with optimization and incremental sales opportunities that drive search & performance media revenue for Roundel. Your status as a trusted internal liaison coupled with the acute knowledge of performance media industry will help establish key relationships internally and externally to unlock incremental funding.
Primary responsibilities include:
Consult with internal partners to advance Target Product Ads capabilities and strategies prioritizing client feedback to inform direction;
Develop and implement scalable selling strategies and stories to your vertical and clients;
Act as a consultant to provide solutions that deliver on client needs;
Deliver impactful client presentations and education;
Stay up to date on industry trends both in the performance media landscape looking for opportunities that will deliver incremental value to clients.
Partner closely with various crossfunctional teams including but not limited to Performance & Insights Analytics Product and GotoMarket to deliver and execute effective results;
Provide weekly pipeline pacing and revenue forecasts to Roundel Leadership;

About you:
Bachelors degree;
4 years of performance media sales or agency experience;
Proven track record of revenue growth and accountability for sales revenue of $3M;
Extensive knowledge of the performance media environment trends/technologies and agency landscape;
Ability to think strategically problem solve and identify opportunities;
Strong succinct communicator that understands individual audience needs and tailors the message;
Thrives in ambiguity and able to flex with changing priorities;
Great partner and collaborator with cross functional teams;
Must be willing to travel as necessary for maximum client and/or agency coverage.
