Job Description
Stack & Still is seeking an exceptional venue manager to join our team. If you are energetic fun and focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences we want to hear from you!
Our food concept is simple but our quality and delivery are not! We offer a pancake dining experience like no other. This is the UKs largest urban pancake business with seven great locations serving Scotland. We offer a huge range of customisation and a dynamic mix of savoury sweet gourmet and quirky pancake dishes. We do one thing and we do it well!
As part of the units management team you will be expected to support the general manager to deliver a great customer experience every day. Some of your responsibilities will include staff management cash handling key handling (opening and closing down of the restaurant) and stock control and we are looking for the right candidate with a passion for hospitality who can deliver this and more. The right candidate must be able to demonstrate experience in leadership restaurant management and customer experience.
Our restaurants can be busy and the right candidate will be on their Agame. This role will require someone who can multitask hosting the door managing the team and looking after our customers. We are looking for an individual with great organisational skills who will want to grow with the company as we most certainly expand. This may be your first management position but we will look for at least a year of supervisor experience.
