Tasks
Right now were looking to make the key first few hires. Were on the lookout for a passionate data-driven experienced Casino Manager to join us at the ground level and lead the day-to-day running of our casino experience. Youll play a key role in building optimising and growing our games portfolio with a focus on delighting players driving performance and keeping things fresh fun and fair.

What youll be doing
- Strategically manage and grow our casino content to ensure players always have access to a diverse engaging and high-performing portfolio of games.
- Oversee the setup and presentation of games on-site ensuring everything looks great runs smoothly and feels intuitive for our players.
- Develop and execute a content plan that aligns with Niya SGs growth goals staying ahead of trends anticipating player preferences and keeping our offering competitive.
- Identify and onboard new game providers to expand and enrich our content library. Build strong partnerships and negotiate deals that deliver real value.
- Keep our site fresh by tracking supplier roadmaps integrating new games quickly and using available content and marketing tools to maximise visibility and player engagement.
- Work closely with partners to coordinate timely and impactful promotions and ensure they align with wider marketing and business objectives.
- Analyse how games perform how players engage and whats working (or not). Use insights to refine our offering and feed into the broader product and content strategy.
- Partner with marketing to ensure upcoming games and tools are properly promoted and collaborate with Business Intelligence to develop meaningful reporting on content performance.
- Keep an eye on whats happening in the social and online casino space competitors trends tech and bring ideas to the table that help us stay one step ahead.
Requirements
What were looking for
- Experience in online casino operations and/or content management.
- A solid understanding of player behaviour and what drives a compelling casino portfolio
- Confidence negotiating with suppliers and managing partnerships
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- A balance of creativity and commercial awareness
- A data-driven approach to decision-making and performance optimisation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Requirements:
- 4 years in real-money or social gaming
- 2 years managing suppliers or working supplier-side with operators
- Deep knowledge of player behaviour and industry trends
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfort with performance metrics and data analysis
- Degree in Business Marketing or related field (preferred but not essential)
