Job Description
Plaisted Companies is seeking reliable and safetyconscious Drivers who are committed to providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our Propane Division during the late Fall through winter months and our Sand and Gravel division during the SpringSummerearly Fall months.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials and products to and from job sites
Provide excellent customer service by delivering products in a timely and professional manner
Adhere to all safety regulations DOT and company policies
Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance
Communicate effectively with dispatchers customers and team members
Requirements:
Valid CDL license with a clean driving record
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work in both the Propane and Sand and Gravel divisions as needed

- Must hold Class A CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsement
- No more than one moving violation in the previous 2 years
- Pass a 5 Panel Drug test (Urinalysis)
- Pass a Back and Extremity exam
- Be 21yrs of age
- Unexpired Medical Card
