The Role:

As our Director of Human Resources youll be a key member of our leadership team. Youll develop and implement HR strategies that support our business goals and oversee all aspects of HR including talent acquisition employee relations compensation training and compliance. We need someone who understands the restaurant/hospitality industry and can build a strong engaged team.


What Youll Do:

  • Develop HR Strategies:Create and implement HR plans that align with our business objectives.
  • Advise Leadership:Provide guidance to senior management on HRrelated issues.
  • Manage Talent:Oversee recruitment onboarding and performance management.
  • Handle Employee Relations:Address employee issues and promote a positive work environment.
  • Manage Compensation & Benefits:Develop and administer competitive pay and benefits programs.
  • Training & Development:Create training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Ensure Compliance:Stay uptodate on employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage HR Technology:Utilize HRIS systems to streamline processes.
  • MultiState Oversight:Ensure consistent HR practices across all locations.

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field (or equivalent experience in restaurant/hospitality). Masters preferred.
  • 710 years of HR experience with 5 years in a leadership role within a multiunit restaurant/hospitality setting.
  • Strong knowledge of multistate employment laws.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • HR certification (SHRMCP/SCP or PHR/SPHR) is a plus.
