This role will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing TMobiles anticorruption and antibribery compliance framework ensuring compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will work closely with crossfunctional teams legal advisors and business units to identify risks implement internal controls and promote a culture of integrity and ethical business practices. Additionally this role will support Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) due diligence postacquisition integration and risk mitigation strategies related to anticorruption.
What youll do in your role.
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of TMobiles AntiCorruption & AntiBribery compliance program.
- Ensure alignment with global anticorruption regulations including the FCPA and relevant local laws.
- Consult with enterprise compliance program owners and attorney SMEs to ensure appropriate and effective design and implementation of the AntiCorruption & AntiBribery compliance program framework components to include governance risk assessments communications and training ThirdParty Compliance controls testing incident & misconduct reporting investigations and remediation.
- Support Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) due diligence by ensuring appropriate assessment and evaluation of bribery and risks with joint ventures mergers and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that track and measure the performance and progress of the AntiCorruption & AntiBribery compliance program against established goals and benchmarks.
- Analyze data and trends to identify emerging issues best practices and opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in the AntiCorruption & AntiBribery compliance program.
- Provide guidance and advice to business units and functions on AntiCorruption & AntiBribery compliance operational practices.
- Monitor and report on the AntiCorruption & AntiBribery program performance activities and outcomes.
- Monitor compliance trends regulatory updates and industry best practices to enhance the AntiCorruption & AntiBribery compliance program.
The experience youll bring.
- Strong knowledge of FCPA and other local and global anticorruption and antibribery regulations.
- Experience conducting anticorruption and bribery due diligence for M&A transactions joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
- Knowledge of postacquisition compliance integration risk mitigation strategies and antibribery policy alignment.
- Strong knowledge of compliance and ethics principles program elements standards and best practices
- Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape and ability to apply complex regulations to operational environments.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative dependability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- High level of integrity professionalism and ethical judgment
- Experience collaborating with attorneys and business leaders to drive compliance initiatives.
- Bachelors Degree in relevant field.
- Professional certification such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Certified AntiMoney Laundering Specialist (CAMS) preferred.
- 710 years of experience in anticorruption antibribery compliance risk management or corporate ethics preferably in a multinational company or telecommunications sector.
- 710 years of experience in compliance and ethics program design implementation and operationalization

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At TMobile employees in regular nontemporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
