We need to put more muscle and brain into our Production team! Primarily were looking for wellorganized candidates who have great relationship skills and are eager to thrive in a fastpaced environment. Well be more than happy to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with your team managers stakeholders and manufacturers
- Maintaining the order production process
- Handling the packaging and shipping of samples
- Staying in touch with print houses and suppliers to ensure logistic management
- Analyzing data and finding trends and patterns in online production
Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish and confidence in English
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to work from office hybrid up to 3 days
- Willingness to gain knowledge and develop skills
Bonus points:
- Technical background (student/apprentice or job experience) in printing production management or logistics
- Experience in the packaging field

4. Your personal data will be processed:
- in the case of recruitment for the position indicated in theadvertisement to conclude an employment contract under theprovisions of the Labour Code i.e. pursuant to Art. 61(b) and (c) of theGDPR in connection with Art. 221 1 of the Labour Code regarding firstand last name date of birth contact details education professionalqualifications and previous employment and regarding personal datacategories other than the abovementioned ones such data will beprocessed on the basis of your consent i.e. pursuant to Art. 61(a) ofthe GDPR
- in the case of recruitment for the position indicated in theadvertisement for the purposes of concluding a civil law contract onthe basis of your consent i.e. pursuant to Art. 61(a) of the GDPR

Your personal data may be made available to entities supporting theController in its activities on our behalf in particular to providers of IT andhosting services and tools entities providing legal services entities supportingthe recruitment procedure as well as the Controllers associates andemployees to the extent to which they are authorised to process your personaldata in connection with the recruitment procedure while it is possible totransfer data to a third country where any of the abovementioned entitiesprocesses data in a third country and only in a situation where the relevantlegal requirements are met i.e. when the European Commission hasestablished an adequate level of protection or through contractual clausesapproved by the European Commission or in the presence of appropriatesafeguards about which you may be informed

Otherwise the provision of your personal data is voluntary and in thecase of personal data processing on the basis of consent you may withdrawyour consent at any time.
7. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the recruitmentprocess and for a period of 2 years after its completion (for the purposes offuture recruitment) provided that you consent to it.
In connection with your personal data processing you have the following rights:
1. the right to access your data and receive copies thereof
2. the right to rectify (correct) your data
3. the right to erase data (if in your opinion there are no grounds for processingof your personal data you may request their erasure)
