Salary Range: $70000 $80000 / yr.

Join our dynamic team and take part in delivering datadriven insights that empower executivelevel decisionmaking. As an Executive Reporting Analyst you will design develop and maintain advanced reporting solutions that support business performance and decisionmaking. Using Power BI and other tools youll provide insights through detailed data analysis and drive improvements across data processes pipelines and reporting workflows.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize executive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Ensure data accuracy consistency and alignment with business objectives to support strategic decisionmaking.
• Extract transform and analyze large datasets improving data pipelines for efficiency and conducting quick adhoc analysis to deliver actionable insights.
• Contribute to the creation monitoring and measurement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Leverage relevant metrics financial forecasting reporting and data analysis to track business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work with crossfunctional to identify challenges communicate insights and develop datadriven solutions that enhance organizational performance.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate workflows streamline reporting processes and enhance data integrity improving the timeliness and scalability of reporting outputs.
• Ensure adherence to data security privacy and governance frameworks. Maintain comprehensive documentation for reporting processes data models and business intelligence workflows.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in data Analytics Computer Science Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong proficiency in Power BI Microsoft Fabric SQL or related data modeling and business intelligence tools.
• Ability to optimize data pipelines and improve reporting efficiency.
• Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for nontechnical stakeholders.
• Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
• Detailoriented with a strong analytical mindset comfortable working in a fastpaced environment and driven to innovate and grow.
• Creative problemsolving abilities with a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
• Adaptability to evolving business needs and new technologies.
