Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspect clean and maintain food preparation areas and equipment to ensure safe andsanitary food handling practices
- Ensure food is stored and cooked at proper temperatures
- Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking quality keeping track of expirationdates and rotating stock
- Follow the brands standards of quality control portion sizes and cooking methods
- Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to support smoothservice periods
- Follow the brands recipes and guidelines for food preparation and presentation
- Close the back of the house by following the kitchen closing checklist
- Assist with food prep during offpeak periods as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by upper management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- No baking experience is necessary
- Food Handlers Permit
