RPOs client is actively seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor to join their team in Krugersdorp. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to oversee production operations ensure quality standards and lead a dynamic team in a highpaced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations to ensure production targets are met.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards in line with company specifications.
- Lead mentor and train team members to achieve optimal performance.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline workflow and resolve issues.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure a hazardfree work environment.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure machinery is in proper working condition.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further technical or supervisory qualifications will be an advantage.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or metalworking environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes and machinery.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and problemsolving abilities.
- Commitment to upholding health and safety standards.
- Proficiency in using production and reporting tools.
