Manual Machinist Precision Manufacturing Opportunity (Bridgeport Expertise Required)

Job Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and work orders
- Set up and operate manual machine tools with a focus on Bridgeport milling machines as well as lathes and grinders to produce precision parts
- Utilize your Bridgeport expertise to finetune machine settings and optimize performance
- Measure and inspect components using precision instruments (e.g. micrometers calipers) to ensure strict adherence to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on Bridgeport and other manual machines to ensure consistent performance
- Troubleshoot and adjust machine operations to meet production goals
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment by following all safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and enhance overall product quality
