Location: Forrestdale WA
Are you a motivated and handson leader with a strong background in project and operational management Join a dynamic and growing team as an Operations & Projects Supervisor where youll play a key role in overseeing largescale projects plant and equipment maintenance and operational improvements.
As the Operations & Projects Supervisor you will work closely with the General Manager Business Development Manager and operational staff to successfully execute projects develop procedures and improve operational efficiencies. You will also be actively involved in handson project work plant maintenance and leadership across both workshop and field operations.
Lead Health Safety and Environmental Risk Assessments ensuring compliance.
Act as the lead project supervisor for large inhouse and offsite chemical treatment projects.
Serve as the key customer contact for project .
Work handson with the team to deliver project objectives.
Assist in sourcing staff training safety compliance and of projects.
Support procurement of tools equipment and consumables.
Develop documentation checklists and procedures.
Develop and maintain a plant and equipment register.
Implement and complete periodic maintenance checklists.
Identify maintenance issues and coordinate repairs.
Assist with procurement and installation of new or upgraded equipment.
Work closely with the Operations Manager on installation and maintenance works.
Support the Operations Manager with HSEQ documentation and implementation.
Assist in improving metal treatment processes quality control and waste management.
Document acid testing processes to enhance inhouse capabilities.
Improve electropolishing techniques and equipment efficiency.
Develop and implement waste management improvement processes.
Coordinate staffing training and ticketing requirements for offshore projects.
Source plant equipment tools and consumables.
Manage stock levels and logistics.
Oversee project setup safety compliance and .
Assist in recruitment and workforce planning.
