Job Description
- Process audit stage wise in vitrified module including super finishing module
- Kiln validation observation. CAPA if required.
- Dry house validation observation CAPA if required
- Active participation in internal loss reduction
- Analysis & reduction of COPQ
- Active participation in Six sigma project based on defect or production requirement.
- Process improvement to reduce loss in green stage (project works)
- Active participation in QM pillar activity.
Requirements
qualifications :B.E in Ceramic engineering
experience :2 to 5 years experience in handling the Process Quality. Experienced in industries like ceramics refractories chemical polymer and material science organizations.
Required Skills:Knowledge on vitrified grinding wheels Ceramic grains Vitrified bonds & Kiln operation.
