The role you will play:
  • You will work with the incumbent to learn and capture what they know.
  • You will spend 612 months shadowing them as you develop and learn how to:
    1. Lead customerfocused sales processes to build trust and create value.
    2. Monitor and improve the production performance of current accounts.
    3. Identify and engage key prospective customers.
    4. Build relationships with industry influencers.
    5. Represent the company at industry events.
    6. Provide topnotch customer support and stay updated on genetic and production technologies.


Background Profile:
  • Bachelors degree in agribusiness animal science or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Swine production experience
  • A track record of improving results in requisite metrics
  • Multiplication knowledge and experience is highly desired.
  • Highly motivated and has wellestablished relationships in the swine industry particularly with producers
  • Selfstarter with a cando attitude
  • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Sales aptitude able to develop new business
  • Understands and can work with a long sales cycle
  • Creative Thinker strategicminded
  • People Focused looking to improve producer results
  • Regular overnight travel
