Job Description
The Property
Waymores Guest House is a boutique hotel located in East Nashville Tennessee with 93 guest rooms suites and bunkrooms. We call it our guest house because it was designed with comfort in mind above all else in addition to the essentials our spacious rooms are petfriendly with sustainable bath amenities locallysourced art thoughtfullycurated minibars and floortoceiling windows. Waymores is a new kind of Nashville hangout A hotel that nods to the musicians behind the musicians and embraces the vibes of East NashvilleA Place for Long Hangs Tall Tales & No Hard Feelings.
What You Will Be Doing
- Great and Assist Guests in driving their experience
- Clear & reset tables as needed based off the standards of service
- Run food from the kitchen to the correct seats
- Setting up the expo station in the BOH for service
- Assist with glass washing rolling silverware refilling beverages and all other designated side work
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Strive for excellence and making guests and coworkers experiences meaningful
- Assist server with any tasks during service to make for a fluid experience for our guests
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
- Perform any other jobrelated duties as assigned.
What Were Looking For
- AM shift availability required. This will be an AM position with hours 7am3pm.
- Selfstarting personality with an even disposition.
- Must be willing to pitchin and help co workers with their job duties and be a team player. Finger/hand dexterity in order to operate food machinery.
- Ability to grasp lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a maximum of 100 lbs. on a continuous schedule.
