The Role
Brigit is in the midst of tremendous growth. We are consistently listed in the top 20 downloaded apps in personal finance. We arent your average company though we have real productmarket fit and the unit economics to prove it! Yet we believe we can do better. We dont just want to solve our customers problems we want our customers to sing their love for us from the rooftops! And this is where you come in.We are looking for an experienced analytics manager to help us make big bets learn quickly and achieve phenomenal success!
In this role youll work alongside our worldclass team of product managers engineers designers marketers and you guessed it data practitioners to help us achieve our goals. You will be focused on building on our customer experience to improve customer satisfaction product adoption and retention. Since youll have a ton of highstakes surface area you will also have two direct reports.
What youll be doing
Collaborate with product management engineering and design to identify strategic opportunities to Improve our product positioning to align with customer values
Influence the product roadmap for your designated product pod and those of your direct reports
Present recommendations collaborate with and influence executive stakeholders.
Conduct analysis to help us understand customer behaviors measure the impact of product enhancements and identify gaps
Drive hypothesis driven testing monitor and interpret results for an executive audience.
Manage Analysts focused on adjacent product areas. Help your direct reports improve their analytical acumen storytelling presentation and prioritization skills. Foster their career development.
What you have
8 years of experience in Product Analystics (preferably at a highgrowth FinTech or consumer subscription product)
Excellent communication and storytelling skills a record of working crossfunctionally to achieve results.
2 years managing and developing less experienced analysts into more efficient and collaborative business partners
Working knowledge of statistics and A/B testing frameworks suitable for fastpaced iterative product development
Sophisticated SQL skills including proficiency in window functions and query optimization.
Ability to thrive through ambiguity
Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $165000 $190000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits for which an individual may be eligible. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors which may include as applicable the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position years of relevant experience specific and unique skills level of education attained certifications or other professional licenses held and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
