As anEmployer Branding Specialist at Mobigic Technologies Private Limited you will be a vital link between our human resources and marketing teams ensuring the development and promotion of a compelling employer brand. This role involves crafting a narrative that reflects our companys culture values and commitment to our employees. Your expertise in both human resources and branding will be instrumental in attracting engaging and retaining top talent.

- Leveraging their expertise to establish frameworks and processes to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

- Must able to craft Employer Value Proposition that aligns with the organizations values and resonates with the target talent pool.
- Must be able to establish metrics to measure its impact on recruitment retention and overall employee satisfaction.
- Regularly gathering feedback from employees and candidates can provide valuable insights for refining employer branding strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications: Masters in Management/Human resources/ Marketing/ Systems/ Industrial Psychology with background of IT domain.
