As a Senior Systems Engineer with Integrity you will:
- Be responsible for the design development integration testing and operational support for space systems terminals and ground stations.
- Lead complex engineering projects collaborating with cross functional teams and ensuring the ground systems meet stringent performance reliability and security standards.
- Lead systems engineering activities across the lifecycle including requirements development system design integration testing deployment and operational maintenance.
- Define and document system architectures requirements and interface control documents.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve programmatic technical and mission assurance challenges.
- Conduct technical analysis to support system integration verification and validation.
- Support ground architecture design acquisition strategies and operational mission planning.
- Develop plans for system test strategies risk management and digital engineering activities.
- Engage in technical discussions status reporting and decisionmaking with Prime Contractorand Government leadership.
Required Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering Systems Engineering or a related field.
- 10 years of experiencein systems engineering or space operations (satellite or ground systems focus preferred).
- Proficiency in systems engineering fundamentals including requirements management integration and testing.
- Experience with system architecture design hardware/software interface definition and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with operational mission ground systems and command & control concepts.
- Active Secret clearancewith the ability to obtain aTop Secret/SCI clearance(U.S. citizenship required).
- Ability to work onsite due to the classified nature of the project and travel up to20.
Desired Qualifications- Experience in protected MILSATCOM or related systems including EHF terminal operations (SMARTT NMT).
- Proficiency in modeling and simulation tools (e.g. MATLAB STK SQL) and digital engineering techniques.
- Familiarity with spacecraft subsystems telemetry and command & control operations.
- Expertise in crossmission program collaboration system test planning and digital twin development.
- Certification in systems engineering (e.g. INCOSE CSEP) is a plus.
Salary Range: $125000 to $150000 plus benefits (depending on experience)
