We are YSS!
YSS is looking for a passionate and committed Program Manager to join our team overseeing our CWES (Crisis and Wellness Emergency Services) and Adolescent Residential programs. This role includes supervising staff ensuring highquality service delivery maintaining adherence to standards and guidelines and fostering collaboration internally and externally. Responsibilities include:
- Supervising all relative staff and interns.
- Managing hiring training and performancemanagement to foster a professional and collaborative environment.
- Collaborating with program directors to ensure effective service delivery and adherence to organizational standards.
- Overseeing the implementation and fidelity of treatment programs ensuring services are provided in a nurturing and safe environment.
- Developing strong staff and client schedules and ensure all client documentation is completed regularly.
- Conducting regular reviews of program efficiency and compliance with accreditation standards addressing areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Services or a related field.
- Minimum of four years of experience in youth services with at least two years in a supervisory role.
- Strong communication critical thinking and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in managing residential or crisis facilities.
- Is patient empathetic and passionate about helping others.
- Speaks a language(s) in addition to English.
- Has personal knowledge and understanding gained through lived experience and the ability to draw on that experience to support others on the journey to stability recovery and healing.
