Job Description Summary

The Staff Technical Program Manager is responsible for driving program within the Diagnostic Cardiology. Programs will focus on New Product Introduction and/or Service Pack releases. The Staff Technical Project Manager / Lead Program Integrator leads crossfunctional program planning communication of program status and of program deliverables from early conceptual designs through system integration and manufacturing to meet all quality content schedule and budget targets. Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role you will:

Interact with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirementsgathering fine tuning and obtaining product feedback.
Work with crossfunctional teams to deliver features and products.
Show increasing understanding of the technology stack and its impact on the final product.
Routinely collaborate with UX Design to know customers and understand behaviors.
Conduct customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborates on personas.

Conduct Formative and Summative sessions
Demonstrate ability to influence customers and product managers through persuasion and influencing.
Collaborate with SM & PMO for the release and sprint backlogs shortterm roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases.
Own and manage the backlog; continuously order and prioritize to ensure that 12 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready.
Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs.
Collaborate with Product Managers/TPMs to decompose features into consumable user stories.

Own and write all User Stories and Acceptance Criteria for team

Provide Solution to challenges from customer point of view

Work on creating futuristic backlog for workflows and present ideas to Engineering Leaders

Work with Engineering teams and support in POCs
Engage frequently with the development team; facilitate discussions provide clarification story acceptance and refinement testing and validation; contribute to design activities and decisions.

Have own demo setup and demo functionalities of sprint work
Translate unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work unit.
Partner with Service Owners/ Development Managers to ensure healthy development process.
Apply Agile Methodologies and ensure ownership of

Use Requirements Engineering techniques and tools to ensure all scenarios get covered.

Get involved in Learning activities and business level activities

File IP disclosures

Demonstrate increasing understanding of project management
Demonstrate superior knowledge of software development life cycles to collaborate with Build and Release teams
Ensure that releases meet quality standards and functional requirements

Education Qualification

Bachelors Degree with 10 years of experience

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of software design and coding principles
  • Min 6 years experience in Program Management
  • Extensive experience with embedded C programming.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Familiarity with versatile implementation options
  • Demonstrates knowledge on technical topics such as caching APIs data transfer scalability and security
