Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Operational Assistant at our Jaipur location requiring a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. This junior level position demands proficiency in time management and data entry alongside adeptness in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite. The role is integral to ensuring efficient operational activities within our flight services sector.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint to manage and document operational activities (Mandatory skill).
- Effective time management skills are crucial for ensuring that all operational tasks are completed within daily deadlines (Mandatory skill).
- Strong data entry skills are essential for maintaining accurate records and information within our system (Mandatory skill).
- Familiarity with Google Workspace for collaborative work and efficient team coordination.
- Excellent customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction and relationship management.
- Competency in communication tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams for seamless organizational communications.
- Strong problemsolving skills to quickly address and resolve operational issues as they arise.
- Organizational skills to effectively coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks ensuring efficient workflow.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operational tasks and ensure smooth of processes and procedures.
- Manage and organize office files databases and records efficiently to maintain an accessible system.
- Communicate with clients and team members to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Support the operations team by scheduling and coordinating meetings and activities as needed.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary to avoid shortages.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all operational activities.
- Prepare and assist in the preparation of required reports and presentations for management review.
- Continuously seek process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
