To provide application support operation to technical services in Hong KongWhat Youll Bring:
University graduate with a degree in Computer Science or related technology disciplines.
5 years experience on application support or application development.
Proficiency in Windows Unix JavaScript and Shell script.
Have Oracle and PostgreSQL database experience.
Experience in software development in JAVA.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills in written and spoken English.
Able to handle multiple tasks selfmotivated reliable intelligent diligent and possess good problemsolving skills.
Mature initiative outgoing and a good team player.
7x24 support operations (including holidays) and nonoffice hour customer communication.
Remedy ticket management to meet HK SLA requirements.
Report preparation to internal business users.
Impact Youll Make:
Experience with MsSql databases is an advantage.
Experience with Splunk is preferred.
Exposure to AWS / Azure cloud platforms is a plus.
Solid knowledge and knowhow in supporting .NET Framework/Java enterprise architecture infrastructure and operation management technology.
Understanding of Agile DevOps and CI/CD processes tooling and Docker technology.
Adaptable and proactive integrity with a collaborative mindset.
