RPO Recruitment is seeking a talented New Product Developer to join our clients team in Cape Town on a 3month contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative professional to contribute to the development of new products in a dynamic and fastpaced environment. Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of new products from concept to launch.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing production and quality assurance.
- Develop and test product formulations ensuring they meet industry standards and customer expectations.
- Source and evaluate raw materials suppliers and packaging solutions.
- Document and manage all product development processes including testing compliance and approvals.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure successful within set deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Food Science Product Development or a related field.
- Proven experience in new product development preferably in the food beverage or FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent project management and communication abilities.
- Understanding of industry regulations and quality control standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and deadlinedriven environment.
