What Youll Do:
- Lead the Charge: Be proactive in the community by developing organic leads in person or electronically. Be the primary point of contact for sales activities focusing on delivering the BEST workout experience imaginable.
- Master the Art of the Sale: Nurture leads set appointments and close deals with a focus on speed and personalization.
- Know Your Tribe: Understand our members goals and prescribe the right D1 services to help them achieve greatness.
- Be a Retention Rockstar: Maximize client retention through exceptional customer service and a positive motivating environment.
- Drive Show Rates: Create an exceptional first impression and work with operations to maintain a pristine welcoming atmosphere that maximizes lead attendance and engagement.
- Be a Team Player: Communicate effectively with Operations and Coaching staff to ensure continuity across departments and assist with weekly sales training.
What You Need to Bring:

- Exceptional Communication Skills: Youre comfortable connecting with people from all walks of life and building rapport quickly.
- Genuine Care & Empathy: You genuinely believe in the power of fitness and are passionate about helping others achieve their goals.
- Organizational Prowess: Youre detailoriented and able to manage leads effectively.
- Experience: 1 years of sales experience (fitness preferred) and 1 years in a customer service setting (fitness preferred).
- Education: Bachelors degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred).

At D1 Training we inspire and motivate athletes to reach their goals. At D1 we believe in training the entire body as a unit to produce optimal human performance. No gimmicks no fads; we utilize trusted and proven training techniques used to build the worlds best athletes and deliver the in ageappropriate programs led by our expert coaches. Nothing at D1 is random. Every workout every day follows a strategic 8week training cycle that is meticulously planned and backed by sports science. What began as training solely for the aspiring youth athlete matured into fitness training for adults as well. With all who participate in the D1 training process moving aggressively towards their goals.
