A fantastic opportunity to help maximisethe revenue across our two Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin properties in London.As Cluster Sales Manager you will drive the Hotels Sales and Marketing plan. Reporting into the Regional Director of Sales you will maximise revenue performance and achieve budgets through the effective implementation and deployment of a strategic Sales & Marketing plan local account management and business development. You will alsoensure that both brands are represented whilstactively looking for new opportunities and cross selling all hotels within Malmaison and Hotel du Vin.
You will manage and lead the inquiryprocess ensure the training and communication within the department and across the two hotels is implemented with maximum efficiency and develop strong relationships with guests within the hotels.
You will be a self starter organisedand able to prioritizeactions whilst managing tasks through to completion.
It goes without saying that excellent communication skills in both verbal and oral are essential as is confidence in presenting to senior decisionmakers in other businesses.
Experiencein a similar role would be beneficial as would a working knowledge of the Hotel industry.
