Reports To: Director of Social Services
Status: 80 hours per two week pay period (would consider parttime if requested)
Shift: 8:00 am 4:30 pm
Job Schedule: Fulltime (would consider parttime if requested)
Weekly Hours: 4064 hours
Remote Position: No

- MSW required. 2 years Dialysis or 2 years mental health experience.
- Licensed by the South Dakota Board of Social Work Examiners.
- Visual auditory and speech acuity requisite to verbal and written communication with staff patients families physicians and other persons with whom contact is part of the work activities.
Working Conditions
- Work is indoors in clean welllighted climatecontrolled environment with minimal hazards under normal conditions. Works in patients homes hazards subject to condition of patients homes.
- Subject to inside environmental conditions (protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change) and to atmospheric conditions (one or more of the following conditions that affect the respiratory system or the skin: fumes odors dust mists gases or poor ventilation).
- Work requires finger/hand dexterity and eye/hand coordination along with accurate keyboarding skills.
- Position involves sitting 5075 of the day standing typing filing stocking supplies occasional light lifting walking stooping squatting and bending. Lifts 1030 pounds most frequent lifts 1015 pounds.
- Involves travel to patients homes.
- Risk exposure to communicable disease.
