Are you an experienced automotive Parts Manager looking to take the next step in your career A busy wellestablished dealership in Massillon Ohio is seeking a motivated and organized individual to lead our parts department.
Position: Parts Manager
Location: Massillon OH
Job Type: FullTime
Salary: Competitive pay benefits (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the parts department
Manage inventory levels and ordering
Maintain relationships with vendors and service technicians
Supervise and train parts staff
Ensure excellent customer service to retail and wholesale customers
Monitor department performance and sales goals
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager in an automotive dealership
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Familiarity with parts management systems (CDK experience a plus)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid drivers license
