Job Description
The Fresh Collective are looking for front of house professional Reservations Coordinator & Host to join the team at UNSW The Lounge. Full time position available.

- Annual salary at $65000 plus super
The Role
- Coordination of the bookings at UNSW The Lounge and assistance with event supervision when needed
- Execute relevant event management procedures while building professional relationships with our clients
- Take orders and ensure customers have a delightful experience
- Deliver food and beverage service to guests in a professional efficient and courteous manner
- A la carte
- Use the POS entering orders and handling cash/card
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bars wine list cocktail menu and food menu
- Assist in opening and closing procedures
To be successful you are:
- Passionate about customer service experienced and motivated about working in a fastpaced busy environment
- 1 years hospitality
- A La Carte waitperson experience
- A team player who can work independently
- Well presented with a great work ethic and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a valid RSA
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Available to work on Monday to Friday day time
