Job Description
The Mundy Companiesa leader in the industrial maintenance services and construction fields is currently hiring the following for a longtermpositionin the Freeport Texasarea:
FORKLIFT OPERATOR
Forklift operators use machinery to move construction materials earth and other heavy materials at a work site. They control equipment by moving levers or foot pedals operating switches or turning dials as well as some computerized controls in some more modern equipment.
Forklift operators may also set up and inspect equipment make minor adjustments and perform minor repairs. This operator will also perform minor maintenance from time to time.
The successful candidate will maintain a high degree of personal safety team safety and environmental awareness at all times. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing is also required. Qualified candidates will be able to pass a criminal background check substance abuse test and other specific tests required.
