Gather and Analyze Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders (product managers presales sales system architects and customer support) to gather analyze and document business and technical requirements and translate into commercial offers. Prioritize product features based on business impact customer requested timeline and feasibility.
Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape providing insights for product development and positioning. Collaborate with product managers to feed market and user trends for product roadmap.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze user data and product usage metrics system performance using various analytical tools to provide datadriven reports and recommendations.
User Stories & Use Cases: Develop user stories and use cases to help sales teams.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements both within the software product and within the companys operational processes. Provide recommendations for solutions that enhance product efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Education: Masters degree in Business Administration Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
Experience: 13 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in the software or communication technology industry.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with tools like Excel Google Workspace (Sheets Docs Slides etc. or BI tools (e.g. Tableau Dashboard).
Experience with project management tools such as Jira Confluence.
Knowledge of communication technologies or software products is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to interact effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Strong organizational skills and an ability to work independently or collaboratively.
