WHAT WERE AFTER
Our progressive Architecture team seeks talented K12 Practice Leader. Practice Leaders have a passion for designing Education environments finding the Mission for each client. Whether the project is small or large a candidate will thrive on creating solutions that make these spaces better for the people who occupy them.

WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO.
- Collaborate on education projects
- Concept to complete construction documents
- Document design work from design presentation to construction documents
- Develop and maintain effective verbal graphic and written communication with clients that support positive longterm relationships.
- Assist in the creation and continued development of design concepts through all phases of design.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE
Were looking for passionate driven selfstarters. Beyond that youll need
- Deep K12 experience is a must
- 15 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of the design process
- Ability to work through fast paced projects
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks
- General knowledge of materials and products relevant to project work
Independent problemsolving - Advanced technical skills in relevant software programs.
- Ability to project a professional presence and demeanor
- Ability to work in a highly visible teamoriented environment
- Collaborate with in house teams across our three offices
- Proficient in: Microsoft Office Bluebeam Revit and Adobe Suite
- Other preferred knowledge: Newforma Project Center Sketchup and MS Office 365
